Equipment sets are special groups of items that, when worn together, provide additional, often unique, bonuses to a character. The more items from the same set equipped, the greater the overall bonus and the more powerful the character.
Bonuses from equipped items are cumulative. This means that if you have four pieces of a set equipped, you'll receive the bonus for both two and four pieces. If you wear the entire set, you'll receive all three bonuses.
– Added a new equipment set – “Vityaz”.

The set consists of a helmet, body armor, jacket, pants, gloves and boots.
Bonuses of the "Vityaz" set:
Active skill "Electro Pulse": Restores health and stamina to their maximum values. If the character's health is below 30% when the skill is activated, they gain an additional effect: reducing incoming damage by 30% for 6 seconds. Cooldown: 7 minutes.
The total damage that the character would have received without the effect is reduced - that is, the sturdiness reduces damage earlier than the active skill effect does.
Using an active skill requires a charge of the “Vityaz” Battery.
– Added 25 new items and 7 new recipes for crafting "Vityaz" equipment set. These items can be obtained in several ways:
– A new large settlement has been added – Ataman’s Outpost.
Ataman's Squad is a group of legendary stalkers who have explored the mysterious Zone in depth. Now they have settled on the territory of a former colony, declaring the camp free for entry and trade. In addition to research, the squad is also developing special equipment to aid survival in the most dangerous environments.

– Added a level 5 weapon station to the Ataman's Outpost.
– Added a new passage to the location.
The elevator operator (Vesuvius, square I9-1) now sends you to Lapt (Black Forest, square R4-3). Required conditions:
Note: The passage is only possible in one direction.
– Added new spawn points for the peat spider, sages, and black fiends.
The "City N" event is now live! Take part in New Year's activities and earn valuable rewards!
– The event will last from 16.12.25 to 24.02.26.
– You can get to City N by contacting the NPC "Shill", who is located in the following settlements:
– Added a new expedition (Dungeon) – “Snowy Heights”.
Father Frost asks for help delivering gifts to City N for good stalkers. The all-terrain vehicle's safe arrival is constantly hampered by evil bandits who never received gifts from Father Frost as children, as well as mutants who have settled here and react aggressively to the noise created by numerous pyrotechnic explosions.
– Added a new mode – “Christmas Tree Defence”.
A group of 10 stalkers must join forces and try to protect the Christmas Tree from mutants and animals, and the approaching night and deepening frost will certainly add to the challenge. Strategically placed turrets powered by an unusual fuel – Festive Mood – will help them cope with the threat!
Active players will receive their reward even if they don't defeat all 7 waves of enemies. Victory in the mode also awards an additional reward.
– Added new festive grenades.
Four variations of grenades in the form of Christmas toys with unique and unusual effects. How to obtain:
Item lifetime: 7 days.
– Added a new holiday artifact, “New Year's Eve conductor”.
Usage: Teleports the player holding the artifact to one of the possible locations in the player's current location. Does not teleport between locations. Each location has its own list of possible teleportation points, which can be accessed by right-clicking the artifact in your inventory.
Cooldown: 10 minutes.
The artifact has 6 uses.
The counter decreases after teleportation.
Item lifetime: 24 hours.
Note: The artifact is bound to the character - it cannot be placed in an artifact container, transferred, sold or thrown away, but it can be removed from the inventory.
The “New Year's Eve conductor” can be obtained as a reward for completing daily quests from Bolvanschik in City N.

– Added the ability to display the names of all clan members by pressing a key ([ALT + C] combination by default).
These two changes will help faction players better navigate active combat situations that require quick reactions.
– Changed the visual display of markers on the map
Along with the visual changes, more flexible customization will help players navigate the terrain more easily.

– Changed the mini-map.
– Added the location of your comrades' deaths – within a group or clan. Clan member markers are only displayed in the PVP zone. Group member markers are displayed everywhere. These markers appear on the map for a short time, and their display can be toggled using the marker filter in the upper right corner.

– Reworked the visual display of the following anomalies:
– The game now features deferred rendering, which allows for more light sources to be used in scenes.
Before this technology was introduced, the engine had significant lighting limitations.
Note: the mechanics are still under development and do not reflect the final quality of its operation.
At this stage, when it is enabled, a decrease in the number of frames may be observed on some video cards.
What is deferred rendering for?
Deferred rendering is a method of handling lighting in a game where the engine first collects all the information about the scene's geometry and then calculates the lighting separately.
For developers, this allows them to use more dynamic light sources without a noticeable performance hit, and makes it easier to work with complex lighting and effects.
For players, this means more realistic and vibrant lighting, fewer frame drops with a large number of lights, flashes, and lanterns, and a more visually modern image.

You can enable deferred rendering in the game settings:
Settings -> Main Settings -> deferred render (experimental)
We are actively working to improve the in-game engine and are looking forward to future technological possibilities.
